What's on the menu?

This position coordinates and runs the maintenance of the Quality and other site databases. The Digital Technician will heavily participate in the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), assist IT and electric maintenance to build system improvements and then coordinate implementation in the plant. Positional also require design and perform duties related with the communication between the PLCs and the Kraft Heinz systems. Digital Technician will define and improve our internal standards for style, maintainability, and standards for a high-scale data infrastructure. This position will also expand Kirksville's data warehouse with clean data that is ready for analysis. Digital Technician will handle small analytics project delivery including initiation, planning, scope, budget and change request management; as well as develop state-of-the art analytics tools using Power BI and Tableau, Power BI, SQL, PLC, and Python. This role will support Implementation and Maintenance of QRMP and KHMS. Must document Control through eQCMS and run SAP systems. This position is open to other duties as assigned or required by leadership which may include performing Statistical Analysis of Data and other duties assigned by leadership such as any quality or sanitation function needed. The Digital Technician must be flexible to adjust to meet current and future business needs.

Working Conditions

  • A minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime as needed. Must have the flexibility to adjust shift schedule to work with company needs.
  • (Work is indoors, Primary production floor is wet, Secondary locations are occasionally wet, seasonal climate).
  • Must wear following PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): (bump cap/hard hat, safety glasses, slip resistant safety shoes, ear plugs).

Sanitation: Will ensure that the equipment and machinery they work with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of the employment and during refresher sessions.

Quality Assurance: Ensures all products manufactured align with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.

Safety:Will follow instructions delivered during the training that explained the fundamentals of the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep himself/herself and others away from harm while performing their duties. Will adhere to LOTO policy and procedures.

Work on all shifts expected, Weekend and Holiday work will be required. Schedule is based on a 7 day/week production; therefore, workdays may fluctuate from week to week based on production.

  • Understand and solve complex system faults and programmable control.
