Maintenance Lead Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Lead to join our team at our facility in Muscatine, IA, 52761. As the Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our industrial equipment, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
• Utilize hydraulics experience to maintain hydraulic systems
• Demonstrate mechanical troubleshooting skills to repair machinery
• Troubleshoot industrial automation equipment, including conveyor systems
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), servo motors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Service and repair machines from brands such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R Industrial Automation, and Fanuc

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in equipment troubleshooting
• Strong hydraulics experience
• Excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial automation equipment
• Knowledge of conveyor systems and their maintenance
• Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), servo motors, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
• Familiarity with machine brands such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, B&R Industrial Automation, and Fanuc
